Description

As the Tax Business Insights Specialist, you will assist with the analysis and evaluation of various services, products, and business initiatives through reporting and analytics to support the insights that drive tax strategy for business improvement and opportunity.

You will manage tax operational activities such as ADIs, cash settlements and roll forward.

You will provide project support, including participating in meetings and project scoping.

You will provide ad hoc analysis of data for internal review and external clients and will assist with customer support queries, such as data integrity and validation questions.

This role will require you to work cross-functionally to ensure information is accurately being captured and reporting goals/needs are achieved.

+ Creates and/or maintains tax information and management reports, interpreting data and identifying trends. Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.

+ Identify business opportunities and opportunities for optimization through analysis of large, complex data sets.

+ Ensures reporting of productivity, quality and other ad hoc requirements are in an accurate and timely manner.

+ Prepares and analyzes data while also resolving data issues and discrepancies for reporting.

Qualifications:

+ Expert understanding of Ariba invoicing and sales tax function.

+ Familiarity with Oracle GL.

+ Demonstrated history of cooperation, problem solving and stakeholder satisfaction

Education:

+ 4+ years experience with AP and Tax systems

+ Associates degree required bachelor preferred
