  • Technical Program Playbooks: Create technical program playbooks and procedures.
  • Reliability Analysis: Perform reliability analysis of the maintenance program by performing in-depth root cause analysis and trending.
  • Compliance and Governance: Establishes and monitors programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency, and company directives as relates to maintenance operations.
  • Contract Management: Develops specifications and assist in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts.
  • Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate with senior leadership as well as field teams both within the company and with the client. Provides regular statistical reporting to the management team and client (upon direction) showing evidence of the improved downtime metrics.
  • Preventive Maintenance and Life Cycle Optimization: Uses guidelines set by management, develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance and life cycle optimization strategies. Performs annual review of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to insure current work order system library contains correct frequencies and balanced 12-month schedules for all technicians and vendors.
  • Predictive Maintenance Tasks: Determine appropriate predictive maintenance tasks.
  • Operational Controls: Adherence to operational controls.
  • Process and Procedure Training: Assist with process and procedure training as requested.
  • MHE Performance Monitoring: Monitor MHE performance and initiate improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and four years' experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Knowledge and understanding of all applicable practices and techniques, laws, project controls, and environmental regulations to include safety regulations.
  • Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style. Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
  • Expert Level Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Requires expert-level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on improving performance.
