Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment testing and readiness, requesting technical assistance when necessary.
  • Submit orders for studio supplies, equipment consumables, and general office supplies.
  • Assist in trade show preparation and display content.
  • Serve as a concierge to key clients and visiting vendor executives, providing exceptional customer service.

Presentation and Sales Demo:

  • Ensure all equipment is staged and ready for demonstration.
  • Coordinate and schedule on-site and virtual visits.
  • Maintain a neat and organized studio environment.

Projects and Samples:

  • Manage project and sample requests.
  • Log and maintain project completions, including report presentations.
  • Conduct monthly sales analysis reports on studio client opportunities.
  • Develop sales samples kits.

Training and Applications:

Work Environment: Our office is an open-plan space that fosters collaboration and creativity. We provide all necessary equipment and a comfortable workspace.

Physical Demands:

Position Type and Hours: Full-time position with general working hours of 8am to 5pm weekdays, with some weekend or overtime requirements.

Travel: Overnight travel will be minimum and infrequent, but may include trade show participation, customer events, or special circumstances.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in office administration or related experience in the apparel decorating field a strong plus.
  • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
  • Embroidery experience in a commercial, art, or high-end decorating environment.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate Tajima embroidery or similar equipment.
