Club Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Club Operations Manager to assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. As the Club Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing memberships and personnel, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the club's operational budget
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase membership sales
- Build relationships with vendors to ensure the club's operational needs are met
- Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed
- Assist with hiring and training staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required
- Previous management experience is preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
