Job Title: Account Development Representative

Overview: Equiliem is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Development Representative to join our team in NYC. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop new business relationships, drive revenue growth, and make a significant impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new developers, contractors, and installers to enroll them as participating contractors for assigned programs.
  • Achieve and maintain individual performance metrics while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain a professional approach to work, ensuring reliability in all interactions with customers and team members.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years sales or prior customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions:
  • Working onsite at assigned locations within the service area.
  • Position requires commuting to and from one or more of NYC (5 boroughs) and Westchester.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of evenings and weekends.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
