Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status. You will provide assistance to members and providers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to member and provider inquiries
  • Provide assistance with benefits, eligibility, and claims status
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of member and provider inquiries

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 6 months of call center experience
  • High-speed internet (Download: 100 MBPS or higher / Upload: 10 MBPS or higher)
  • Computer proficient and can type at least 30 WPM

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Managed Care Organization experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

Pay Details:
$19.32 - $19.32 an hour
