Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Advocate to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members and providers through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims status
* Provide assistance to members and providers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 6 months of call center experience
* High-speed internet connection (100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload)
* Proficiency in computer software and typing skills (at least 30 WPM)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Managed Care Organization experience
* Bilingual in Spanish and English

Pay Details:
