Job Title: Customer Service Representative Graveyard

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hassan & Sons, Inc. in a graveyard shift role.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash registers, and interacting with staff and clientele in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Interact with staff and clientele in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform physical activities such as standing, bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Work in a team environment to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic aptitude and understanding of POS systems preferred
  • Some customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • CPR and first aid training a plus
  • Adaptability, multi-tasking, and sound decision-making abilities required
  • Computer proficiency required
Software, Tools, and Equipment:

The successful candidate will be required to use and familiarize themselves with various software, tools, and equipment, including:

  • Computer with internet and email capabilities
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Step ladder
  • Car wash
  • Coffee brewer
  • Fountain machine
  • Cappuccino machine
  • Convection oven
  • Roller grill
  • Chemicals associated with general maintenance and cleaning
Other Requirements:

As a team member, you will represent Hassan & Sons, Inc. and be expected to wear clothing and accessories that are appropriate in a professional business environment. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
