Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls and provide assistance to members and providers.
- Provide information on benefits, eligibility, and claims status.
- Assist with resolving issues and concerns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months of call center experience.
- High-speed internet access (100 MBPS or higher download, 10 MBPS or higher upload).
- Computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Managed Care Organization experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance.
- Dental Insurance.
- Life Insurance.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Access to Investment Accounts.
- Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program.
$19.64 - $19.64 an hour.
