Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional support to our sales and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process customer orders and arrange shipments for incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Onboard new employees and maintain personnel records.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and obligations.
  • Support the sales and production teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with accounting software and bookkeeping duties.
  • Proven understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in accounting or business-related studies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
