Employment Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Health. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the efficient daily operations of our office.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day practice operations, including maintenance of medical records, human resource management, property and facilities, equipment, and billing. They will also ensure compliance with OSHA, JCAHO, and DOH requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate scheduling for physicians and staff, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal productivity.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, including billing and accounts payable/receivable.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office is essential.

Salary: $19.90 - 31.84 per hour, based on experience, skills, and education.
