About the Position

This part-time position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is looking for a flexible schedule. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to Paula-Christie Heighton, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients.
  • Schedule meetings with clients on behalf of the practice's Financial Advisors.
  • Prepare and distribute routine correspondence, reports, and special projects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong technical computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
