Bilingual Case Manager Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Case Manager Supervisor to join our team at TemPositions Office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing on-site trauma assistance in a social service setting related to city sanctuary hotels throughout New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support community associates, including reviewing completed assessments
  • Ensure that community associate staff provide culturally sensitive, trauma-informed services
  • Oversee social services operations and seamless transitions from one shift to the next
  • Intervene in crises and counsel clients as needed
  • Plan and troubleshoot with operations and security staff
  • Coordinate interpretation and translation services
  • Troubleshoot with NYC Department of Education (DOE)
  • Coordinate with the Mayor's Office of Immigration Affairs (MOIA)
  • Provide coverage for community associate staff as needed
  • Meet with operations and security staff for planning and site management
  • Manage and document incidents
  • Manage and update rosters and attendance
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual English/Spanish speaking
  • Must have Case Management experience
  • Must have previous supervisory experience
  • Must have a Bachelors Degree
  • Must have some experience with finance, accounting, or budgeting
  • Previous experience working with DHS is highly preferred
  • Previous experience working with migrants is desired
