Job Overview

As a key member of our team, the Bilingual Porter Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility maintenance services. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively direct and manage a team, while also possessing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage a team of porters to ensure daily and weekly performance standards are met.
  • Strengthen team culture by setting a positive example and promoting a culture of professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
  • Provide training and support to new hires and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all employees are following company regulations and building policies.
  • Document all conversations with employees and handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage attendance and punctuality, and address any issues promptly.
  • Process employee requests for time off and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Report incidents and accidents to HR and ensure all necessary procedures are followed.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong desire to be part of a team and achieve personal and company goals.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently, with the ability to speak other languages a plus.
