Event Coordinator

At Art of Drawers - Portland, we're seeking a highly motivated Event Specialist to join our team. As an Event Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and appointments at events, festivals, home shows, and retail locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute event strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Weekend availability (both Saturday & Sunday)
- Reliable form of transportation
- Proficient using a smartphone & computer
- You may be executing setup & breakdown of events with the ability to move up to 50lbs
- No experience is required, but customer service, sales, or marketing experience would be preferred
- Flexible scheduling with different shifts
- Opportunities for advancement
- We offer an hourly wage plus uncapped weekly bonuses. Including wage and bonuses, our average representatives earn a total of $20-35 per hour
