About the Role

The Event Team Member is a key member of our team, providing exceptional guest service to all visitors and cultivating memorable experiences for families. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and are eager to be part of a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent guest service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist with event coordination, including scheduling, setup, and execution.
  • Manage event details, including party reservations, monies collected, waivers, and food orders.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds waist high.
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, and squat, stoop, or bend.
  • Will be required to operate a computer.
