What We Expect From You

Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three to four years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a foodservice setting.
  • A high school diploma or GED (additional college experience or military service is a plus).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage operations in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of food safety protocols and standards.
  • Availability to work flexible hours.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to handle various weather conditions while performing tasks.
  • Familiarity with restaurant equipment, from grills to registers and computers.
