Key Responsibilities- Initiate and maintain effective communication with the maintenance team, providing prompt notifications of any system or mechanical failures.
- Analyze and input data to ensure facility goals are met, supporting the team in their efforts to achieve success.
- Lead the maintenance team in communicating workflow status and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
- Perform miscellaneous responsibilities to ensure team goals are met, including classroom and one-on-one training for core workers.
- Support non-exempt employees in achieving daily performance requirements, assisting the leader with daily paperwork as needed.
- Maintain open communication and coordinate workload requirements with appropriate personnel, demonstrating knowledge of company policies and warehouse or maintenance procedures.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure workload requirements are met, utilizing basic PC skills and flexibility of schedule to ensure facility needs are met.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision, demonstrating a strong customer service orientation and ability to multi-task.
- Associates degree in a relative field or 3+ years of related on-the-job experience.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred, with flexibility regarding job responsibilities.
- Strong team orientation, excellent discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly, with a positive and helpful demeanor.
