  • Serving as a key information resource for the team, ensuring adherence to compliance and consistency, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

  • Establishing, communicating, and upholding quality control standards and operational procedures for team members.
  • Proactively identifying and spearheading process enhancement initiatives utilizing Lean methodologies to exceed customer expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a clear and articulate communication style.
  • Ability to collaborate across various functions and integrate diverse perspectives into a cohesive action plan.
  • Proficient in adjusting communication styles based on the audience's needs.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with WMS and other organizational tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in operations management.
