Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive who will take charge of sales initiatives, encompassing lead generation and closing deals. This role involves crafting and executing a strategic sales/business plan aimed at achieving organizational objectives and expanding our customer base in the designated market area. The individual will collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term account management in alignment with our company’s vision and values. This role offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions (our top achievers earn over $150K).

- Prepare action plans and schedules using a database or Microsoft Outlook to identify specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop an annual business plan detailing activities to meet or exceed personal sales targets.
- Proactively seek opportunities to bid on contracts.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, bids, quotes, and sales agreements.
- Identify and address customer concerns effectively.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost support through rebates, file backs, conversions, etc.
- Review accounts to maximize profitability and inform clients of price updates.
- Implement special sales initiatives to reduce inventory.
- Assist in executing company marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with management and various departments to ensure successful sales closure.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and appearance.
- Foster professional relationships that align with company core values.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all sales support teams.
- Build and sustain rapport with key clients.
- Represent the company positively at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and stay updated on product knowledge.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and product training sessions.
- Follow up for payment collection when necessary.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of products and services as needed.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.

- B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
