- Overcome objections and successfully close sales.

- Collaborate internally with customer support and category specialists to advance deals to closure.
- Implement and manage new account compliance with established programs.
- Possess expertise in the purchasing processes of the prospect's industry to assist in product selection and standardization.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued business with Staples.
- Incorporate feedback from prospects into sales strategies.
- Manage new customer assortments and pricing structures.
- Work closely with Category Specialists and Support teams.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects on a daily basis, both in-person and virtually.

Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of successful sales experience or a track record as a Staples B2B Sales Associate.
- 3+ years of experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Industry knowledge is a plus.
