Job Summary

Classified Company is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's strategic goals by managing day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and Maintain Company Culture: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, aligning with the company's values and policies.
  • Provide Strategic Support: Offer management with requested reports and documents, ensuring timely and accurate information to inform business decisions.
  • Employee Engagement and Recognition: Coordinate events and programs to recognize and reward employees, promoting a culture of appreciation and motivation.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support to resolve concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • HR Database Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Employee Records and Data Management: Update and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Policy Development and Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze HR reports related to employee metrics, turnover, and compensation, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives: Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources, and other related fields, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of labor and employment laws, ability to build rapport with all employees, and strong organizational skills.
  • Communication and Confidentiality: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with ATS, HRIS, MS Office, and MS Excel, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
