This pivotal role will oversee all dimensions of Human Resources (HR) operations, which includes the management of payroll and benefits, performance evaluation, human resources information system (HRIS) oversight, and immigration procedures.
The Senior Human Resources Executive will ensure that the HR division complies with industry standards and internal protocols, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processing to guarantee accurate and timely payroll execution.
- Benefits Oversight: Lead the daily management of benefits programs, encompassing medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and retirement plans, ensuring adherence to compliance standards; oversee the annual enrollment cycle; manage vendor relationships.
- Performance Evaluation: Direct the performance management system, including goal-setting, mid-year assessments, documentation, and year-end evaluations, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Compensation Strategy: Manage the annual review process for merit increases, bonuses, and promotions; oversee incentive programs.
- HRIS Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Immigration Coordination: Work with legal experts to manage immigration processes, assess eligibility, and secure necessary work authorizations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide HR team members, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on HR trends and best practices that could enhance the workforce, evaluating current services for potential enhancements.
- Policy Guidance: Offer advice on personnel policies and procedures to both employees and management.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all communications.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience is essential.
- At least five years in a managerial capacity is required.
- Proficiency in various HR functional areas, processes, and methodologies is necessary.
- Experience with HRIS systems is required, with a preference for Workday familiarity.
- Proven experience in team management and mentorship.
