The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for administering the daily functions of the Human Resources department at Axle Informatics. This includes managing employee data, benefits, and leave, as well as enforcing company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and separation procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and flexible spending accounts.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
