Management Job Summary:
The Regional Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for driving results through their team and collaboration across CF Industries. You will establish direction and set objectives to ensure alignment with the company's vision and strategic priorities. The Regional Manager will provide constructive feedback, coaching, and support to cultivate leadership talent within their team.

Actively support and participate in established corporate and departmental EHS initiatives and contribute to the proposal and development of new initiatives.

Enhance incident reduction initiatives through personal engagement and promoting individual accountability for safety performance within the region and department.

Oversee the inspection, preventative maintenance, and repair of facilities, equipment, and security systems to meet departmental objectives.
Direct and/or recommend necessary changes to facility processes, equipment, procedures, or staffing to achieve departmental goals.

Participate in preparing Authorization For Expenditures (AFEs) to allocate corporate funds for capital projects, leading the process for budget item identification, prioritization, and justification while collaborating with stakeholders for project scope development, approval, budget adherence, and reporting requirements.

Prepare and manage the annual regional operating budget and actively engage in the departmental budgeting process.
Represent CF Industries within the local community and promote the company's Community Relations programs.

Successful candidates will possess:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience and business acumen.

Preferred 10 years of progressive experience in a PSM standard covered distribution or processing environment, with preference given to fertilizer manufacturing, petrochemical, or refining experience.

Proficiency with applicable codes, regulations, and standards.
Demonstrated supervisory experience, including mentoring, coaching, and leadership.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all organizational levels, from hourly employees to senior executives.

Must be proficient in a Windows environment and skilled in Microsoft applications.

Ability to travel as needed, primarily throughout assigned facility locations, accounting for up to 60% of the workweek.

Must successfully obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential card (TWIC).


In this role, travel is required to various facilities within the specified region, accounting for approximately 40-60% of the workweek, with trips typically lasting 1-4 nights.
