Job Summary:

The selected candidate will support the preparation of consolidated financial statements and various accounting reports. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of management reports and ensuring the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.

This role involves conducting inventory reconciliations for both leased and owned distribution centers, collaborating closely with supply chain and leasing teams.

Additional projects may encompass scorecard reporting, consolidated inventory reporting, variance analysis, and cost analysis.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience; CPA designation is preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and execute detailed instructions
  • Capability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous

Position Responsibilities:

Experience in inventory reconciliations is highly desirable. Responsibilities will include inventory costing and analysis, as well as general accounting reporting. Regular interaction with manufacturing sites is expected.

Incumbents will apply established accounting principles and practices under supervision, performing varied tasks that may present some challenges. While detailed instructions will be provided, candidates are expected to operate with a degree of independence beyond entry-level positions.
