Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven professional to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain a high level of ownership over assigned tasks, a drive to complete tasks with a sense of urgency, and the ability to make independent decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects and results as needed
Performs receptionist duties such as answering and directing calls, sending and disseminating mail/packages, ordering office supplies and catering, and overseeing breakroom
Performs administrative duties including office support services, in-person meeting prep, space planning, and workstation set-up for new hires
Supports Executive Assistant/Office Manager with coordination & planning of events: Forums, Holiday Party, Enjoy the Ride (ETR), Miscellaneous and ad hoc event support, as needed
Assists HR Department with various administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3+ years of administrative experience
Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain professionalism through multiple interruptions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Bluebeam
Ability to maintain and operate with a high level of professionalism and flexibility, adapting in a changing office environment, working with internal and external clients/coworkers and executives
Exceptional grammar, business writing, and presentation preparation skills
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with all levels within and outside of the organization
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
Critical thinking, innovative, detailed orientated, and self-motivated with ideas and recommendations for increased productivity and efficiency
