About the Role

As an Administrative Professional at SAM, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's vision and mission. Your primary responsibility will be to provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate party, and greeting visitors. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, maintaining office and breakroom inventory, and processing incoming and outgoing mail and express mail shipments. Additionally, you will assist with securing travel arrangements and expense reporting, provide support with filing, copying, data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and Salesforce database tasks as needed. You will also plan and execute regular company events, coordinate food orders for employee meetings, and coordinate and partner with HR, Marketing, IT, Accounting, and Safety departments to provide local support. Furthermore, you will contract and negotiate prices with office vendors and service providers, provide writing and editing support for business communications, and coordinate small to medium-sized facility projects. This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional with a minimum of 5 years of recent administrative experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You should also have superior communication, presentation, organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively is essential. You should be able to maintain privacy and confidentiality, and a 4-year degree is preferred but not required. Experience with Concur Travel and Expense is preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $25.00-$28.00 per hour.
