Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact between the Operations Coordinator, field staff, and clients.
  • Oversee work crews on various job sites, with potential hands-on involvement.
  • Provide training for both new and existing team members on efficient mowing and trimming practices.
  • Participate in office and client meetings to align on project goals.
  • Support sales efforts to both current and prospective clients.
  • Conduct quality assurance inspections of job sites and identify opportunities for upselling services.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
  • Perform duties related to snow management as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the President or Operations Manager.

Specific Duties:
  • Conduct pre-season and post-season equipment inspections, ensuring all check-in/check-out processes are completed on time.
  • Manage crew schedules in accordance with client contracts and ensure all changes are documented and approved.
  • Collaborate with HR to monitor employee attendance, safety compliance, and uniform standards.
  • Order and oversee inventory for mowing, TLC, chemcare, and snow removal departments.
  • Communicate work orders and updates between field crews and office staff.
  • Ensure adherence to instructions and deadlines by monitoring crew schedules.
  • Evaluate individual performance regarding work quality, attendance, and training needs.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries and service requests.
  • Inspect completed projects to verify quality standards are met.
  • Fulfill responsibilities related to snow management before, during, and after snow events.

Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve practical challenges.
  • Highly organized with a focus on efficiency.
  • Consistent professionalism, sound judgment, and respect for all.
  • Core & 3OT License required; CDL License recommended.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
