Job Overview

InsCipher is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the excess and surplus insurance industry, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. They will be responsible for proactively collaborating with clients, handling large-scale client outreach, and leading customer satisfaction initiatives to collect data and evaluate overall client health.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategic partnerships with clients to advocate for both clients and InsCipher
  • Evaluating customer satisfaction via customer health scores
  • Collecting testimonials for use in marketing and sales
  • Creating exit barriers and preventing churn
  • Increasing revenue through cross-selling and referrals generation
  • Collecting information to inform e-learning course development
  • Evolution of business model from a transactional service to a true partnership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of direct customer service
  • 2+ years of experience in the excess & surplus insurance industry
  • Insurance industry knowledge preferred
  • Surplus lines insurance knowledge a plus

Salary Range: $75,000-$83,000
