Job Summary:

Ventra Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will assist with various HR projects and tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support employee onboarding process, including benefits enrollment and new hire orientation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  • Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, mailings, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
