Job Summary:
Ventra Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will assist with various HR projects and tasks, including recruiting, employee communications, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scanning, filing, and data entry
- Assist with training and development programs, including creating training materials and coordinating logistics
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
