Role Summary:
As the HR Operations Coordinator, you will oversee a range of functions associated with benefits management, vendor transactions, and various administrative responsibilities. Staying updated on trends and modifications in benefit offerings is crucial, along with managing system workflows and technical processes for reporting and data auditing. You will also be responsible for maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and process employment and benefits transactions, ensuring data accuracy for new hires, transfers, promotions, and related activities in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Organize staff events, including monthly meetings, benefit fairs, and training sessions.
- Maintain a meticulous approach to work, ensuring consistent and precise outcomes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 4 years of experience in a Human Resources setting, or 3 years of relevant experience supplemented by educational credentials such as certifications. A Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a related field is also acceptable, along with a solid understanding of benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, patience, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. The ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of individuals is essential. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other online tools, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required.

Compensation:
This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive pay range based on experience.
