About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital - Columbus Vic Village(Grant). As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department and other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and secretarial support to the HR department, including typing, filing, and compiling records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Support the HR Manager with various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
  • Strong word processing skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • College courses or prior experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
