Key Responsibilities- Provide sound guidance and timely assistance to departments within our AMER region, focusing on compliance, policies, and People programs.
- Conduct ongoing performance management processes, including Performance Improvement Plans and coaching plans, ensuring complete compliance with local employment laws.
- Partner with senior People Business Partners and employment counsel to plan and conduct employee involuntary terminations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management conversations.
- Engage with cross-functional People teams to facilitate programs such as leaves of absence, systems integration, and policy implementation.
- Serve as an intermediary for mid-level managers and employees, offering advice, counseling, and training on employee relations matters.
- Partner with senior People Business Partners and client groups to review, analyze, and act on employee engagement survey feedback.
- 3+ years of full-time professional work experience in business and human resources/client-facing roles.
- A strong understanding of human resources best practices.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A strategic mindset and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
- Superb organizational skill, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and be adaptable as situations require.
