About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Success Partner to join our Sales team at Abnormal Security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for improving the employee experience.

The Senior People Success Partner will serve as the main point of contact for employee relations concerns, questions, and guidance across the organization. They will conduct and lead escalated investigations, partner with Legal/Compliance team, and oversee involuntary separations.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate with and influence at all levels of the organization, and a strong sense of discernment and judgment. They will also have experience in a high-growth startup environment and a driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations concerns, questions, and guidance across the organization.
  • Investigations: Conduct and lead escalated investigations, gathering and analyzing facts and coming to a resolution.
  • Partnerships: Partner with Legal/Compliance team and HR leaders to provide counsel and facilitate effective resolutions of workplace concerns.
  • Separations: Oversee and manage involuntary separations for both performance and role eliminations.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in creating insights from data to inform ER best practices.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain close relationships with senior leaders and HRBPs to be a key partner across the organization.
  • Policy Interpretation: Interpret and apply understanding of Abnormal policies, employment law, and other regulations to provide recommendations to the business.


At Abnormal Security, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Base salary range: $113,000—$150,000 USD
