Your Role:
As a Plant Engineer, you will operate within our dynamic environment, focusing on enhancing manufacturing performance through:

  • Proposing, testing, and validating technical solutions to boost productivity, quality, safety, and availability.
  • Participating in action plans to restore regular processes and ensuring daily follow-ups.
  • Providing assistance and training to the production team.
  • Analyzing root causes of process failures using our manufacturing systems.

The ideal candidate will possess effective leadership qualities, a self-driven approach to tasks, and a systematic, disciplined work ethic. You will be expected to share your insights and experiences with your colleagues and project teams.

Profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated recent graduate from an engineering program or university, with a keen interest in technical environments, particularly in quality assurance. An international curriculum experience will be advantageous, as it will enable you to serve as a key contact across departments.

You should be innovative, client-oriented, and capable of making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while achieving set objectives. Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities are essential for collaborating with various stakeholders. A commitment to quality and continuous improvement is crucial.

We value open-mindedness and a genuine desire to learn and work collaboratively, along with a strong willingness to pursue an international career. Previous experience or internships in the automotive sector will be considered a plus. Proficiency in English and an additional language is also advantageous.

Contract Type:
This position is part of the VIE program, aimed at enhancing youth employability. To qualify, candidates must be between 18 and 28 years old, hold European citizenship, and have no prior work experience in the host country.
