Your Role as a Plant Engineer
As a Plant Engineer, you will be an integral part of our operations, working within a global environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, testing, and validating technical solutions to enhance manufacturing performance, focusing on productivity, quality, safety, and availability.
- Participating in action plans to restore regular processes and ensuring daily follow-ups.
- Providing support and training to the production team.
- Conducting root cause analysis of process failures using our manufacturing systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a self-driven approach to tasks, and a systematic and disciplined work ethic. You will also be expected to share your insights and experiences with team members to foster a collaborative environment.
Profile Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated recent graduate from an engineering program or university, with a keen interest in technical environments, particularly in quality assurance. Your educational background should include an international component, which will enhance your ability to serve as a liaison across departments.
Innovation and client orientation are key attributes we seek. You should be capable of making informed decisions in a fast-paced setting while achieving desired outcomes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with all stakeholders. A commitment to quality and continuous improvement is vital.
We value open-mindedness and a genuine desire to learn and work collaboratively, as well as a clear intention to pursue an international career. Previous experience or internships in the automotive sector will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in English and proficiency in another language are beneficial.
Contract Type
This position is offered under the VIE contract, a program designed to enhance youth employability for young Europeans.
