Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Lead for a government client in Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities of similar size and scope, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a lead role. This role requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and a deep understanding of government operations and regulations. Requires a journeyman electrician license, journeyman plumber, journeyman HVAC or journeyman carpenter license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of all duties of the O&M Shop, personnel assigned to the shop, and subcontractors performing work for the shop
  • Ensure work tickets, email requests, and telephone requests for service are received and tended to in a timely manner
  • Coordinate closely with client facilities manager regarding facility issues and requests
  • Assign tasks to shop personnel, set priorities, and monitor timely completion of all work. Evaluate and analyze work performance
  • Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records that are located on the Top Secret SCI network Facilitites SharePoint, Secret Classified shared drive and ticket systems, and unclassified systems
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
  • Conduct daily building/equipment tours
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Driver's License
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Shall be on-site full time during regular work hours
  • Minimum of 10 documented years of experience in facilities of similar size and scope
  • Shall have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills
  • Shall be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
