Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Operations and Maintenance Shop Lead. This role is pivotal in managing the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and repair services for a Tier 3 Data Center program. The individual will act as a liaison between the client and our organization, ensuring exceptional leadership, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all operations within the O&M Shop, including personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ensure timely response to service requests received through various channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Government Facilities Manager to address facility-related concerns.
  • Delegate tasks to shop staff, prioritize workloads, and oversee the completion of assignments.
  • Maintain sensitive facility information and documentation on secure networks and systems.
  • Be present on-site during standard working hours.
  • May require issuance of a government smart card.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Licensed as a Master Electrician or hold journeyman certifications in plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry.
  • A minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including three years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Familiarity with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations is essential.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
