About the Role

EMCOR Government Services is seeking a highly skilled Critical Facility Manager to join our team. As a Critical Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of our Tier 3 Data Center program. This role requires a strong leader who can interface with customers, deliver exceptional site leadership, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations and Maintenance Management: Oversee the performance of all duties of the CFT Shop, personnel assigned to the shop, and subcontractors performing work for the shop.
  • Facility Management: Ensure work tickets, email requests, and telephone requests for service are received and attended to in a timely manner.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate closely with the GFM regarding facility issues and requests.
  • Task Assignment and Monitoring: Assign tasks to shop personnel, set priorities, and monitor timely completion of all work.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Create, update, and maintain sensitive and/or classified facility information, documents, and records.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Current Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Technical Qualifications: Shall be a minimum licensed Master Electrician or licensed master HVAC Technician.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a facility of similar scope and size, with three years in an experienced leadership role.
  • Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge: Must have working experience with NFPA, EPA, OSHA codes and standards.
