Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

BELFOR Franchise Group is a leading name in restoration and service franchise opportunities. We own three leading franchises including DUCTZ, HOODZ, and 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our franchisees and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for Operational Software, troubleshooting and resolving software issues for multiple brands.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and assist with key performance indicator preparation.
  • Track and analyze software requests from franchisees to identify trends.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Prioritize software development requests and collaborate with internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • Advocate for franchisee needs with Operational Software vendors.
  • Develop and deliver training programs through webinars and in-person sessions, with up to 30% travel to franchise owner locations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal resources, committees, and third parties/vendors to ensure on-time project delivery and report progress.
  • Facilitate software committee meetings and develop agendas.
  • Maintain positive relationships and communication with all stakeholders and vendors.
  • Leverage internal coaching and training staff to support software adoption.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in software support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience training individuals on software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google equivalent.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a self-directed environment.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • High level of proficiency using CRM and operations software.
  • Experience with software integration and implementation.
  • Minimum two years of project management experience.

This is an in-office role located in Ann Arbor, MI.
