The Senior Project Engineer plays a crucial role in project management and leadership within the Global Operations Engineering team. This international group is focused on enhancing both company and customer experiences by successfully executing projects aimed at operational margin enhancement and strategic initiatives.

This position is part of the Global Operations Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, escalation processes, and team collaboration.
  • Oversee change management for manufacturing processes using established methodologies.
  • Conduct structured problem-solving initiatives related to manufacturing challenges to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Characterize manufacturing processes to drive enhancements in operational capabilities.
  • Develop engineering solutions that contribute to operational margin improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) with relevant experience (typically over 4 years in a similar capacity).
  • Proficient in structured problem-solving techniques and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish organized work structures and project management practices that define actions, timelines, and accountability.
  • Capable of self-managing workload and aligning with management on prioritization when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in learning new processes and developing expertise through practical experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to batch or chemical processing, assembly automation, or similar environments.
  • Proficient in software applications such as MS Office Suite, Visio, Minitab, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. This range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.

This position is also eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.

Eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Note: Compensation is considered earned only when it is vested and determinable. The availability of bonuses, commissions, and benefits is at the company's discretion and may be modified as necessary.
