The Senior Project Engineer will oversee project implementation and provide leadership within the Global Operations Engineering Division. This international team is committed to enhancing both company and client experiences by successfully executing projects that focus on operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.
This position is integral to the Global Operations Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project activities, including timelines, budgets, escalation processes, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Implement and oversee change management processes for manufacturing operations using established methodologies.
- Facilitate structured problem-solving initiatives related to manufacturing challenges to identify root causes and develop effective, sustainable solutions.
- Conduct assessments of manufacturing processes to enhance operational capabilities.
- Develop engineering solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) with a proven track record of relevant experience (typically over 4 years in a similar capacity).
- Active involvement in structured problem-solving methodologies (DMAIC, PSP, VRK, etc.) and decision-making based on data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to establish organized work structures and project management practices that define actions, timelines, and accountability.
- Ability to manage workload independently while seeking alignment with management on prioritization during conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in learning new processes and developing subject matter expertise through practical engagement.
- Experience in manufacturing environments related to batch or chemical processing, assembly automation, or similar sectors (BioPharma, Micro E, Energy, Automotive, etc.).
- Proficiency in software applications such as MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Minitab, AutoCAD, or equivalent drafting tools.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. This range reflects our good faith estimate of the potential compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary and could be adjusted in the future.
This position is also eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
Eligible employees will receive a robust benefits package, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
