Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer practice phones and schedule patient appointments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Accurately register arriving patients for appointments and gather all necessary information.
  • Accurately scan and receive all required documents into patient's account.
  • Fax notifications and other documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software.
