Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their billing and account inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

- Collect and post patient payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to support the smooth operation of our financial systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely billing, and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Licenses & Certifications: C-Heartsaver certification required.
