Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Account Analyst to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of patient billing and account management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their billing and account inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve claims and billing discrepancies, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collect and post patient payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to support the smooth operation of our financial systems.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely billing, and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses & Certifications: C-Heartsaver certification required.
