Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASC Territory Manager to join our team at BD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling infection prevention products and surgical devices to physicians, clinicians, and other key decision makers in the North Carolina and South Carolina regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell infection prevention products, Davol Hemostasis, and Hernia products used in surgery to physicians, clinicians, and purchasing personnel.
  • Manage the forecast pipeline and execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, and ethical manner.
  • Build strong relationships with key physicians, surgery center personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Understand and demonstrate the surgical use of our products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Operating room sales/medical device experience is preferred.
  • Documentation of successful sales performance is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, physicians, nurses, administration, and sourcing.
  • Thorough understanding of the needs/analysis approach to sales.
  • Understands contract administration and group purchasing.
  • Must live within the assigned territory.
  • Must be able to travel frequently, up to 70%, overnight 0-1 night per week.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.
