Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant/Principal to join our team at The Parnin Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping public sector organizations solve their most complex problems and improve their organizational health and performance.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and experience in organizational development, human resource management, succession planning, career development, organizational design, employee engagement, and process improvement. This role is critical in providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to enhance organizational performance and employee experience within the federal government sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead problem-solving and data analysis to deliver insights and recommendations to inform key government-wide policies and decisions.
  • Contribute to client engagements by leading problem-solving, delivering client presentations, and managing client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve organizational performance and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with project teams and customers to ensure client satisfaction and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in the federal government sector, preferably in HR or as a consultant supporting federal agencies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration skills.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to deliver client projects on plan and on budget.
  • Analytical skills, with knowledge and experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, and editing skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and obtain a security clearance.
