Job Title: Regional Manager of Account Management

At Tyndale, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our Client Services team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team of Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to scale best practices across the territory, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the Account Management team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee new account implementations, ensuring successful onboarding and integration into our customer base.
  • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure team performance and progress.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing a mid-sized customer support team in a medium to large business environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in a direct sales or customer service-related environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, equivalent related experience required.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide effective guidance, training, coaching, and daily supervision to staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Excel.
