Regional Key Account Manager

At Leschaco, we are committed to the long-term growth of our employees and are seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to join our team in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account plans for key accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage the budget of key accounts at the regional level, maintaining a healthy pipeline and ensuring contractual performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment of key accounts with regional strategy.
  • Act as the commercial liaison with customers and their primary contact, gathering information to define customer strategies.
  • Work on regional client initiatives and implement the regional account plan.
  • Collect relevant information about sourcing events and support the implementation team in preparing SOPs and SLAs.
  • Review, develop, and ensure current customer SOPS and SLAs.
  • Drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling, leading negotiation of contracts in cooperation with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and provide statistical data and designated KPI performance to both customers and Leschaco management.
  • Complete administrative functions in a timely manner and maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of products and services.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in sales in the logistics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field is a plus
  • Must exemplify professionalism and leadership qualities with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Sales CRM
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a dependable automobile, and an acceptable motor vehicle record
